VOLAB's production workshop is a model in the industry, featuring the industry-leading European Prima Power flexible sheet metal production line. This production line is equipped with a nine-tiered three-dimensional silo imported from Finland. It acts like a precise quality inspector, automatically checking the accuracy of raw materials and screening out substandard steel plates. Engineers simply program the line to perform integrated blanking and bending operations (the equipment features an intelligent robotic arm that automatically changes molds for bending). This seamlessly demonstrates a fully automated, standardized, and refined flexible production model for sheet metal processing. This production model not only fully ensures high-quality sheet metal processing, but also significantly improves production efficiency and reduces labor costs.

Another highlight is the fully automated spray coating line. Over 500 meters in length, it utilizes an advanced ceramic treatment process, is recyclable, pollution-free, and fully complies with national energy conservation and emission reduction standards. The workshop also features high-end equipment such as Japanese Amdar CNC punching machines, American Unai laser flattening lines, Han's Laser, a series of imported CNC press brakes, and a fully automated constant-temperature intelligent coating line, all contributing to the company's strong production capabilities.
